Capabilities

What it does

Signing requests

Send a document to one or many signers with a defined order.

Approval workflows

Route through reviewers before the document reaches a signatory.

Signature verification

Check that a signature is intact and that the document has not changed.

Trusted timestamps

Bind a signature to a point in time from an independent source.

Signing certificates

Each signatory signs under a certificate tied to their verified identity.

Evidence pack

Export a complete record of who signed what, when, and from where.

How it works

The flow, end to end

  1. Document uploaded

The originator uploads the document and its hash is recorded.

  2. Participants defined

Signers, approvers and observers are set, with signing order.

  3. Identity confirmed

Each participant authenticates. High-value documents require step-up.

  4. Signature applied

The signature is applied under the participant's certificate.

  5. Timestamp applied

    A trusted timestamp is attached.

  6. Sealed and distributed

The completed document plus evidence pack is delivered and logged.
